Driving Directions
From highway H1, take the University exit. Regardless of your direction, the exit will put you in in the correct direction on University Ave. (If you are traveling east, i.e. towards Diamond Head you will pass under the highway after exiting.) Stay in the right hand lane.
From downtown, find your way to University Ave (it intersects with Kapiolani and King), and go towards the mountains. After you pass under the H1 highway get into the right hand lane.
Make a right at Dole Street (first light after exiting H1 or going under H1). The rightmost lane will take you into the parking structure (left of center on map above). Parking costs $3 for visitors.
Then you can take the elevators to the top of the parking structure, walk to and cross Dole Street (towards the mountains), and walk to the right until you see an 8 story building with turquoise windows and coral masonry. This is the POST building. You can cut across the lawn to go to it directly, or if you miss it follow the directions in the next paragraph.
To drive directly to the building, you would stay on Dole Street instead of going into the parking structure, and make a left on East West Road, then the next left into the parking lot for POST. Except for some evening times when an attendant is present to take your money, you will need a permit to park in that lot.
