Constantine & Lockwood's approach to requirements analysis is scattered throughout the text in the chapters on User Role Models, Operational Context, Using Users.
We will try doing a root concept, interviews, artifact analysis, role models and maps, problem and activity scenarios and claims analysis for an electronic address book.
