"Unlimited rights" means the right to use, modify, reproduce, release, perform, display, or disclose this product in whole or in part, in any manner and for any U.S. Government purpose whatsoever, and to have or authorize others to do so. The U.S. Government may install this product on any number of U.S. Government computers, to make copies of this product, in whole or in part, to distribute such copies, and to make them available for use by the U.S. Government. This product may be installed and/or distributed on a U.S. Government network which may include any number of computers and/or workstations, and may be distributed on the internet for U.S. Government purposes.
